I am going to go see Wicked for my birthday which is in February but Idina Menzel will not be there and I wanted to see ehr really bad if I decide to go in December so i can see Idina Menzel I will not get to do anything to celebrate my real birthday but I will get to see Idina and If i go in February I will get to celebrate my birthday and it will be more special
any suggestions on when I should go?

if you really want to see her, go in december.
i'm giving up christmas presents to go to NYC for a week and see her last show.

Posted: 8/24/04 at 4:51pmIf you haven't already seen idina go see her, if not a replacement could be very refreshing. I saw Idina and i felt she was great, but now i'd like to see someone different, i would have loved to see Eden do it.

Posted: 8/24/04 at 5:39pmPersonally I really like Idina, and before I saw the show I thought that without her it would be horrible...but for my 3rd time seeing the show I saw Eden and I liked it just as much. It isn't more the factor of who plays Elphaba... it is more that the person portraying it should be strong and if they are then with or without Idina should be the same.
