I know some people get annoyed by these questions, sorry if that's you.
I saw Wicked on June 28th with the hope of seeing Kerry, and she wasn't on. So, I promised myself I would find a way to see Kerry before she left America. I was able to get a ticket to her final performance (November 9th). My seat is Center Front Mezzanine, Row D. I personally really don't like mezzanine because I am always afraid of not being able to see the performers.
At the Gershwin, I have only sat in Orchestra before, so I was very skeptical when I got this ticket but I was determined to see Kerry and Ticket master made the seat sound good.
Is Front Mezzanine Row D a good place to sit at the Gershwin and will I see everything? Thanks.

Posted: 7/19/08 at 10:25pmThanks, the fact that the seat is center was the deciding factor for me... it was between that or Orchestra Row C, seat 18. I called the theatre and the guy at the theatre said the mezzanine seat is better but he isn't sure of the view.

You upload it to photobucket.com and it gives you a link and you post that link in the optional image thing when you post and response as well as the place where your post is.
Should I just try to switch my ticket to Row C, Seat 18?

Posted: 7/20/08 at 10:54amIs it one of the partial view seats? If not, I'd go with Row C because I like sitting close. If it is, I'd still take it because it'd be cheaper.

I called the Gershwin and they said I can't switch my ticket, I thought you could being that Kerry and Kendra are above the title.
I just got off the phone with ticket master and spoke to Joe. He with out any hesitation switched my ticket after I told him my story. Now, I am sitting in Orchestra Row C, seat 18. I feel much better.

normally people at ticketmaster are extremly nice and understand. i was on the phone with one of their agents for near an hour while she held some tickets for me while i tried to con some people into seeing a show with me...she got me front row mez ticets for 50 a peice, when they are normally 110, i guess it was a student discount...
you are going to have a blast in seat 18, i'm not sure if it's limited veiw, but if you have seen the show before, it really doesnt matter...Have fun!

Wow, nice of ticketmaster.
You'll be much more engaged by the show this way. The mezz of the Gershwin is so far removed, at least for me.
