Posted: 3/9/05 at 11:00amI saw this show last night and loved it! I searched and couldn't find any info so I thought I'd ask if anyone knew if a cast recording was in talks or in the works.

Posted: 3/9/05 at 11:04amI'm not sure, but you can hear a couple of the songs with Cheyenne still in it on his website. I haven't seen the show yet but from the clips it looks like a riot!

OMG. I HOPE SO. I saw Altar Boyz when CHEYENNE was in it and I don't know if the new person now could be as good. I hope to see it in the next few weeks to see.
Cheyenne has to be the Best Looking Male I have EVER SEEN.. and that voice is sooooooothing. (Although last night at All Shook Up I thought the songs did no justice for him) I WANT TO MARRY HIM!!!!!!!!!!!

I loved Cheyenne in the role too but even Cheyenne says that Scott Porter is perfect for the role! Scott is very boy band-y and is a great singer and dancer. Cheyenne was more a "man" in a boy band while Scott looks and moves the part more, I think.
It's a great show! Will be going back again. :)

If this were a real boy band, I tell you right now I would have posters of Scott all over my apartment. I think I'm in love.

Posted: 3/9/05 at 12:49pmFrom the pics, there's a veritable feast for the eyes but Andy Karl, "Luke", is my favorite. I'm glad I'm going to at least have a recording to listen to before I get to see the show. Any idea of a release date?
