I have tickets for AIA on 5/24 and 5/25. I noticed the Outer Critics Awards are set for 5/24. Looks like last year the ceremony started around 10:30? Would be disappointed not to see the leads. Are they likely to still go on?

The awards are on June 3, so... doesn't seem like a conflict.

Oops I meant Outer Critics Circle. Looks like the awards dinner will be at 3pm.

Yes, on May 24... two days before your shows start, heh.
Third time's the charm? Is there another award ceremony you're worried about? ![]()

LOL. I put in the wrong dates. 5/24 and 5/25. Changed original message. Sorry.

The 3p time seems to be picked so as not to conflict with people getting to their shows that night, so I doubt it would be an issue. Plus, the winners are announced in advance, so they could certainly make sure any winners get out early, if necessary.

For many years now, the Outer Critics Circle dinner has been held on a Thursday afternoon, so it rarely conflicts with any shows. And the winners are announced a couple of weeks in advance, so the turnout is usually pretty good. And the atmosphere is more relaxed, since there's no suspense or jitters over who will win.
