Window card frames question

I recently bought a window card frame from PlaybillStore.com. Does anyone know if this frame comes with glass or some other clear acrylic covering that goes above your window card?

Mine didn't come with anything.. I wasn't sure if this was the norm or not since the description on the website says "Our aluminum frame with plexiglass sheet handsomely displays all 14" by 22" Broadway window card posters (a window card is the standard sized 14 x 22 inch Broadway show poster)." Yes, it states plainly that is comes with plexiglass. If yours did not, call their customer service.

I've bought many poster frames from PlaybillStore.com, and I was confused the first time my order arrived too - the plexiglass is covered with a colored plastic film on both sides, usually blue, that has to be peeled off to reveal the clear plexiglass underneath. There are usually instructions in the package that explain this, they must have been left out. You should email them and ask for the instructions.

^Ahh! -_- Haha ok, this did it! Yep, those instructions would've been nice. Too bad mine got left out. Thanks very much for your help!! Glad I won't have to wait another week!
