NOW i wish i had participated, as I got 22 out of 26 correct, too! ); I was wrong only on Rondi Reed, Stew's book, and scenic & lighting design - I thought Sunday would win instead of South Pacific!! (:

There's always next year!! (:

Way to go, what do they win?

re: Winners of Elphie3's Tony Pool!

Thanks!

I don't know... bragging rights for the year?

I was only a couple off - most people only got one or two less

Man, my predictions sucked (13 out of 26!). Apparently, being logical about it all wasn't helpful.

Congratulations to the winners!

I know - there were some serious upsets last night -

I was very say about Patrick Stewart

Shocked by Passing Strange's best book

Third place!
Not bad!

Hehe, too bad Douglas Carter Beane and Sunday's Set didn't win, or else I would be in much better shape. (Not to mention Patrick Stewart, but it was worth it for Mark Rylance's speech.)

Elphie,
Thanks again for all your work compiling these predictions and running this pool!

Wow! I can't believe it! Thanks Elphie3 for hosting the Tony Pool this year. It was a lot of fun. I can only hope I do as well on The Producer's Perspective Tony Pool.

re: Winners of Elphie3's Tony Pool!

Elphie3 I just was looking at my messages on BWW and I opened up my tony predictions that i sent to you and noticed something. I counted a few times and I realized I actually got 19 right . So i was wondering if you could remove me from third place. I really don't want credit for it since I actually got 19.

Thanks

Either way, thank you for being so honest. :)

re: Winners of Elphie3's Tony Pool!

Sweet! It's my birthday today so it was nice to open this thread and read that I was in second place...not that it gets me anything but it's just lots of fun. Thanks, Elphie!
I was convinced Mary McCormack would get the Featured Tony and that book, score, and best musical would go to three different musicals. Oh, and what's up with SOUTH PACIFIC getting sets over SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH GEORGE?
Okay, now I have that out of my system let me go back to my happy place. Can't wait to have a go next year and claim that first place! re: Winners of Elphie3's Tony Pool!
