"Seeing the various programs staged at The Town Hall by producer/writer/host Scott Siegel always lifts the spirit. Going to all three performances of the second annual Broadway Cabaret Festival (Oct. 20-22, 2006), a Town Hall production, was like enjoying a long weekend at an imaginary resort that one might call Club Talent. Each program was very different and built around a viable idea, and taken together, they offered a fabulous array of gifted performers and enticing musical numbers.

[T]here was an exhilarating topper. The performer scheduled to sing “Ol’ Man River” gave last minute notification of not being able to make it. In the emergency, Roosevelt André Credit came through with but a few hours notice and rocked Town Hall with his rousing, magnificent interpretation and powerful voice. He had people talking all weekend about how great he was.""
