I think it's stupid to release a cast recording with her on it if she's not going to extend her contract through January. Maybe this is a subtle hint from the Weissler's that she's staying on for a while longer?

I wonder if they'll do this for WICKED when they get a new Elphie? It kind-of makes since because it sold so meny copys. Why hasnt RENT done this? Actually, I bet I know why: the OBC knew the show and WAS the show so much, that it prob. wouldnt mean as much. Did that make since?

THank you! I would also like to hear JLA's voice so that I can compare her to Kristin. I also LOVE hearing peoples diffrent takes on DFYING GRAVITY! Now, so that we dont get hate mess. about this turning into a WICKED thread, what about a new RENT recording? Yes or no? if so,who should be on it?

I believe a new Rent recording would be odd. There have been so many actors to go in and out of the production, how could you possibly decide when and whom to record? haha

Well, the RENT Movie Soundtrack comes out next year (or we all hope) so no worries.....
