Thanks for taking the time to read this one. I have a student currently conducting research on work-life balance in the theater. She has a number of connections on Broadway, but we're trying to post as widely as possible via social media. If you work in the theater (not just in New York), please complete the short survey.

Thanks,

Jason

Hello, my name is Michelle Silecchia. I am conducting a research project for my Organizational Communication Seminar at SUNY New Paltz under the supervision of my professor Jason Wrench. The purpose of this study is to research how high or low degrees of organizational bureaucratization within a theatre organization affect work-life balance and job satisfaction. This is a HREB approved study. This online survey is completely anonymous, and will only take about 10 minutes to complete. I would greatly appreciate your participation. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me at msilecchia3@aol.com.
