When writing a musical, what comes first? The score/music or the lyrics?

All the above. There is really no right way. It's a very personal voyage.

I agree with Forester, but it all depends on th enumber of people writing it. one person it will probably al get done around the same time, but with the musical I am writing, since I am having a block and my composer is a lready done(there are two of us writing) the music is done first. It's all how the inspiration comes.
