My wife said there is a picture of the girl from the "O.C"(sp?) in the program???!!! What?? I am not familiar with that cast (never watched it), but... what????

Haha, yes she is in it. It is a section showing the inspirations of the costumes and I guess they pulled something from this dress she was wearing.
