Why would anybody honestly want to eat here? I was dragged by my mother who'd been wanting to go for ages after seeing it on Oprah or hearing about OMG!Awesomedesserts and we were both extremely disappointed - crowded, loud, rude staff, and overpriced, overportioned, and underflavoured food.

I agree. I went for the first time this past summer because I heard so much about it, and we had to wait 3 hours for a table, the food was so expensive and the staff was slow and rude. (I'm from Texas where they wait on you and hand and foot at restaurants so that was a weird change). It was so cramped and noisy, but I did like my dessert even though it cost about $15.
