I was fortunate to see the one woman show of Yeardley Smith, Lisa Simpson and star. I was very fond of her in Herman's Head if any of you remember that show.
Her show is worth seeing. She is funny, (her voice is so funny she kind of reminds me of a young Mary Ann Burke) she is very animated (pun intended) in this role but it is not all sugar.
I could have done without all the vomiting stories in great detail but i applaud her for telling about it.
Catch More at the Union Square theater. It is a very entertaining one woman show.

Have to admit, I'm more excited about seeing My Life as a Ten Year Old Boy in Edinburgh, the story of the woman behind Bart Simpson. It's a tie in with her book I believe.
I saw the show too and loved it. In addition to being really enjoyable with all of the "show-biz" stories, I think that she is also telling a universally relatable story about self-image and the things that we all do to ourselves. Definitely a must see.
Yes. She is also adorable and funny. Updated On: 3/9/04 at 11:32 PM
