In the "run" at the end of the song, I got Copernicus, Newton, Freud, Darwin, Pasteur, Madame Curie, Borge, Edison, Marconi, Einstein, Pavlov, but I couldn't spell the other three. What are their names and what did they do for science? I'm not an "egghead" student, so I don't remember much.

Tesla was the only one I could catch. All I know about him comes from the movie The Prestige. something to do with electricity I think.

There is another name that I could catch.

does it sound like in the cast recording that Bart a little flat on his last note? sounds a bit off to me. wonder if anyone thought the same.

You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree.

There's a special kind of people known as show people. We live in a world full of dreams. Sometimes we're not too certain what's false and what's real. But we're seldom in doubt about what we feel.

It is a far, far better thing I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest I go to, than I have ever known.

That sounds like it:

"Call me an Einstein and that would be fine
Call me a Tesla, I wouldn't decline
But calling me Frankenstein would be insane"

Tesla is best known for his many revolutionary contributions to the discipline of electricity and magnetism in the late 19th and early 20th century.

Call me Copernicus, Kepplar, and Newton
Compare me to Freud and I’d feel highfalutin
Call me a Darwin I love that man’s theory
Call me Pasteur and watch me get teary
Say Madam Curie that would be the best
Call me a Rorschach Im up to the test

I really light up when you call me Edison
Call me an Ehrlich I like that man’s medicine
Call me Marconi that wireless wow!
Call me Pavlov and I bark like a chow Woof!
Call me an Einstein and that would be fine
Call me a Tesla I wouldn’t decline
But to call me a Frankenstein would be insane

On a side note:

One of Nikola Tesla's most recignizable inventions is the Tesla Coil, which is a staple in every Frankenstein and mad scientist movie:
