If there was a recording, those who have it are holding on to it tight and not releasing it.

Obviously for creative purposes the creative team recorded it. Haha

That's so weird. I thought Foster played Inga in the reading also. I could have sworn Chenoweth was Elizabeth. Who actually read for Dr. Frankenstein?

Foster was Inga and Chenoweth was Elizabeth.

Michael Reidel notoriously reported the opposite numerous times, which is why that listing credits casting from The Post.

Brian d'Arcy James was Doctor Frankenstein.

Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
Tony Kushner: You can sing it at my funeral.

Ugh, James as Frakenstein would have been so much better.

There were about four actors rumored for the role that would have been a dozen times better.
I really would just love to hear Chenoweth's rendition of "Please, Don't Touch Me" and "Deep Love." I adore Megan Mullally and she is my favorite in the cast recording (along with Andrea Martin, of course), but I just think Chenoweth would have been even more brilliant, especially given her cute, sweet persona.

I signed up to become a member of that site a few days ago just so I could access the e-mail address of the one supposed owner of this recording. No answer as of yet. Perhaps if we all pester them we'll get a faster response? I NEED to hear this...especially with the prospect of hearing sweet goody-girl Chenoweth belting "tits" at the top of her range.

...And so, there I was at the stage door for "Equus". The enthused avalanche of "Harry Potter" fans was literally pushing me into the barricades. As I was thrust face-first into Daniel Radcliffe's hat, I suddenly felt the thumb of a lanky gentleman behind me pressing firmly into my back. It was then that I realized that both of his hands had Playbills, and that both arms were outstretched in front of me...
