About 3 weeks ago, I called Broadway.com for "Young Frankenstein" group tickets for a group of 25, and they still have not got back to us about our tickets. Each time I've called, they've said that they've not heard back from the box office, and won't know anything until they do. Anyway, if we don't hear anything from them in the next two days, we're going to order tickets individually straight from the box office.
Is there a phone number for the "Young Frankenstein" box office that I can call and talk to a real person? I'd order tickets through Ticketmaster.com, but it's so frustrating when they show you the same seats over again, and you can't see the avaible seats. If anyone could point me in that direction, that'd be great!
