First B'way musical- CATS 1991, with Loni Ackerman as Grizzabella (worst G'bella I've ever seen!)

Loni Ackerman was excellent in EVITA when I saw her do it....
But the best Grizabella ever in the whole wide world was the late great totally fabulous Laurie Beechman.

ANNIE and the next night EVITA - December 1981. Two more different theatre experiences for a 15-yr. old, I can't imagine.
A CHORUS LINE on tour in Jackson, Mississippi with my high-school show choir. We were shocked, SHOCKED by the sexual innuendo. Most of were Baptists.
p.s. I'm Episcopalian now.

Mine was the first national tour of THE SECRET GARDEN back in 1992 in Huntsville, AL.
Featuring:
Jacqueline Piro as LILY
Roger Bart as DICKON
Douglas Sills as NEVILLE CRAVEN.
I loved it so much I bought another ticket went back again the next night.
