Ever since I got the 'next to normal' recording the one thing that has been annoying me is a line in "My Psycophramacologist and I".

"Oh, and one more thing ______ may be fatal."

What does the doctor say there?

It sounds like a word pronounced "yous" or even "use" but that makes no sense to me.
