Maybe ZANNA can fill the theatre that BROOKLYN will vacate. The sooner the better... ZANNA and BROOKLYN

Maybe you want to see this weeks Broadway grosses, you might suggest another theatre. Brooklyn is in the house.

Oh, please. if you think BKLYN will still be around when ZANNA opens, you need to have your head examined.

well... Bombay is still playing and Dracula is still playing. Brooklyn had the best change in grosses from last week. we're living in a world where good is bad and vise versa. i blame slang for initially reversing the two years ago, using "bad" as slang for good. it was only a matter of time before they became interchangeable.

Spence, since you are obviously working to promote the show don't you think your opinion is a tad biased?

Wait, you don't really think Zanna is coming to B'way do you? It couldn't sell tics off B'way, what makes you think it can on? I wouldn't hire the shills for that one anytime soon.

There were a lot of posts deleted. BillyB/DaleStar/BigRiverFan/AlmostThere/Matt__G/etc. signed up as BwayWorldAdmin6600 and said he was a new administrator here and wouldn't tolerate any of that kind of talk and he would delete accounts.

Al, I agree, I was surprised when I found out they were actually going through with the move from Off to Broadway but they've been reworking the show and it looks like it's going to happen. They've add/deleted songs and changed some things around. They did a performance of it out in like PA a while back, so yeah, if something drastically goes wrong, it should be making the move. I don't know when but it's in the works too.

And Spence, because Brooklyn jumps in percentage one week doesn't mean it's being successful. A successful, new show is either selling out or close to it. Brooklyn at this point is hanging on and that's far from being a success.

ETA: I just saw the link below about this move but in PA, it was a lot longer, I *think* there was an intermission and some of the cast members were different. Updated On: 11/2/04 at 10:41 AM
