I don't see CATS in this at all. It looks to me more like CHESS or I suppose THE THREE PENNY OPERA. I *think* that car number is part of "Hello Twelve" - the sofa picture is clearly "At the Ballet" and its pretty easy to spot Paul's monologue and the Male Cassie's confrontation scene with Zach.

Clearly John Breglio doesn't have control over foreign productions because its hard to imagine something so radically different being attempted, but hey, it looks fascinating and I suppose putting some kind of actual physical, surrealist world with their memories is one way you could interpret the material.

I mean I'm thrilled that new audiences are getting to see Michael Bennett's brilliant work, but frankly, I'd much rather see this production than the Broadway revival again.

Why did everyone rave about the brilliant new re-imagining of Sweeney Todd but now that we see a few stills from a foreign version of ACL there's nothing but moans and groans? At least they're taking chances.

I haven't seen the Swedish ACL, and maybe it's awful, but at least it looks FUN!

This seems pretty old.

If you follow the link you end up on a Swedish Theatre site (with a banner for CATS with a mean ol' dog on it)...but there doesn't seem to be a listing for A CHORUS LINE.
