The first season of Gilligan's Island, most of the characters were named, except for the Professor and Mary Ann, who were lumped together as "the rest."
That's kind of how it feels to have one "Creative Team" category for all the designers. C'mon, Broadway World Boston. You have umpteen categories for actors; show enough respect to have different categories for Set, costume, lighting, and sound designers..
