I can't quite picture her as Mary Poppins. Part of me would like to see her play Elphaba, but I think she'd be too old. I think Kristin Chenoweth will start giving Audra some competition though: she's an even better singer, and their great (very different) actresses.

I second the idea of her and BSM in Porgy and Bess! That would be amazing. I dont think Cheno will give Audra any competition. Audra is much more talented. Cheno really only has one character she can play. Audra has shown how versatile she is. Another way to see whos more talented, look at who has the more Tonys.

There was talk once of her doing a remake of "A Star is Born", which I would LOVE!!!!!!!!!! She already knocks "The Man That Got Away" outta the park. OH and Porgy and Bess with her and BSM is certainly one that I would see numerous times.

I think Kristin has just begun to show us what she can do. I bet she'd be amazing in more dramatic roles: she shows glimpses of it in Wicked. Plus, she's a lot younger, she has lots of time. I bet she'll have a lot more Tony awards to her name.
