does anybody know when they will start collecting money at shows? I know it's not for atleast another month or 2 but I was just wondering

I think its either at the begining of November or in the middle of November, if I am wrong, I'm sorry, but thats when they did it last year, you could also go to the site and e-mail them. bcefa.org
