bring the camera into the shows

Hi!

I have a doubt about bringing my camera into the theatres...obviously, I'm not thinking to use it inside, but as I know that they are not allowed, I wonder what happens if you bring it in your bag. I'll be visiting london so I'll be carrying it...will I have to leave it in the box office? or is it possible to hide it and enter?

Thank you for replying all my questions, you help me a lot!

If the theatre is doing a bag search (and many of them are these days), just tell the guard you have no intention of using it. As long as you keep it inside your bag, I don't think you'll have a problem. I've carried my camera into the theatre many time when I visited London, and have not had to leave it anywhere.

You can have it in the theatres, just not taking pictures IN the theatres

And the other thing about the Phantom Lady was, Bert, she realized, in the city that never sleeps... What did she realize, Kitten? That all the songs she'd listened to, all the love songs, that they were only songs. What's wrong with that? Nothing, if you don't believe in them. But she did, you see. She believed in enchanted evenings, and she believed that a small cloud passed overhead and cried down on a flower bed, and she even believed there was breakfast to be had... Where? On Pluto. The mysterious, icy wastes of Pluto.
