Posted: 6/16/05 at 5:20pmi was looking online at tickets for billy elliot and the sections are labeled as "the stalls/dress circle", and "the grand circle". i was wondering where the sections are as compared to the american theaters' "orchestra" and "mezzanine"

Posted: 6/16/05 at 5:37pmStalls are what we call orchestra seats; Dress Circle (sometimes called Royal Circle) are first level above the stalls; Grand Circle is usually the equivalent of our Mezzanine.
