broadwayworld ratings (I know it's been posted before but i can't find the old thread)

Hey, i know this has been posted before but i tried searching it but couldn't find the thread. How do the ratings work here on the website as in the understudy, star, legend, work? I know its the number of posts but I can't find where it says how many you need to post to move up the chart.
