carnival revial?

Is there any word of the possible revival of Carnival?? I know that it had been reported that Disney bought the rights to it

LOVE Carnival...it is a hard sell though and hard to pull off successfully. I'm looking forward to heading out to Paper Mill and to see what they do with it.

I don't know, but Papermill is doing a production of Carnival at the start of '06.

I just want a revival of Bye Bye Birdie, another classic Gower Champion show, before Carnival. Both would actually be very nice.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Carnival! (actually, probably in my top 3 favorite musical scores ever) and cannot wait to see who is in it at Paper Mill.

Actually, I remember reading that Disney had done a reading that featured Sarah Uriarte Berry (Piazza) as Lili about 5 years ago.

Not to discount the fabulous Encores! production (in spite of a charming, yet vocally weak Anne Hathaway)
