hi it is sad that these shows are waiting or no going to put out a cast cd of the show after midnight and beautiful just saying this will be my last message about cast cd's for a little bit.

hahaha -so witty oasisJeff -NOT. Jessie Mueller gives new life to songs over 50 years old. I can't wait to her a cast CD of her interpretations --especially WYLMT and Natural Woman.

I want you to think hard and come up with a good idea for a thread that DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH CAST ALBUMS. Okay? You have one full week to do this.

i just wish after midnight will say the puibc needs a cast cd made of the show.

First, I don't think the show decides based on the good of the public and its needs, but rather whether they can sell a cast recording.

With After Midnight, since they are using revolving lead players, I'm guessing it will get a cast recording after a few of them have cycled through and will break up the featured performances between Fantasia, k.d. lang, Toni Braxton, etc. The lead female only does four songs, so it shouldn't take long to get different people doing each...

If the producers of AFTER MIDNIGHT are planning a cast album with the rotating stars, couldn't they at least announce it now?
