She is very wonderful as Glinda.

Loved loved loved her as Glinda! She made the role her own. She also had great chemistry with Victoria Matlock. It would be fun to see them on B'way together.

There is no way Christina DeCicco (or anyone for that matter) would be in negotiations to replace Annaleigh Ashford at this point in time.
Ashford's contract is not up until June. If her contract is not renewed, they won't begin looking for a replacement for her until April at the earliest.
Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.

I am a lowly intern at Telsey casting. The Glinda files have been (thankfully) put away for some time as far as I know.
They love Christina here but no one knows who will be playing the role this summer.
We are, however, in the process of casting a standby for Elphaba in the LA production....I think it's funny to see these rumors!
