The marquee may have been different, but the building is the same.
edit: I meant the Nederlander is the same even if the marquee is different.

You obviously have never been to NYTW. The building - the neighborhood - they have nothing at all in common.
Plus the Rent logo was completely different (and in B&W) at NYTW.

Are you talking about the marquee or the poster with the picture of the cast?
But yeah, that's definitely the Nederlander. The NYTW looks nothing like that.
