Ticketmaster is down every night as well but I think its a bit later than 2. I, however, prefer Telecharge, I like that you can select to will call the tickets when ordering online.

tiny, it happens 99.9% of th etime. Telecharge will automatically shut-down around this time of night. Error screen-after-error screen. Your order didn't go through. Unless you got the window that reads: "Confirmation. Thank you for your order!" (with seat locations, cost(s), and personal ordering info included), nothing has been processed fully. I'm soooo sorry for your disappointment in the site. It'll be up sometime within the next 6 hours, I'd imagine.
