It sounds good with the music and coming out of Tom Hewitt's mouth.
No one rhymes like I do - Oh NO - My song is gone!

Posted: 12/8/04 at 12:14pmChuck Wagner needs to be appreciated. I like Tom Hewitt but next time Chuck understudies for him, he ought not be so damn healthy. As for the show itself, I'd say the music isn't the problem. There's some fine music in that score, it's just hard to pick out among the filler and hard to recognize with such atrocious lyrics. I say congratulations to those in the cast who will find work soon, especially the marvelously overqualified Kelli O'Hara who will no longer have to be undressed by a special effects cue 8 times a week.

Posted: 12/8/04 at 1:13pmI saw Dracula back when it was in previews. I was not sure what to expect becuase I never cared for the music of J&H. Despite some flaws, I really enjoyed this show. I am sad that it will be leaving. I hope to see it again soon.

Posted: 12/8/04 at 11:25pmWow. Are they still going to make a cast recording cd? I may just be stupid and it might be already out because I haven't checked around in a while for it. That's so sad! I wanted to see that too.

I hate to see this, but:
Finally!
I only saw Tom Hewitt as Officer Lockstock, and he was great in the role. The guy has wonderful talent.
