whats the funniest moments on broadway?
1) CHICAGO- "i hope i didnt hurt THE BABY"......."SH*T" lol, i thought the film was good, but just lost all the funny bits....
2) THE PRODUCERS- keep it gay....
3) PHANTOM- "ladies and gentlemen....the ballet!"(the entire ballet scene is sooo funny!)
the scene in Virginia Woolf when Honey dances around the room and George calls her "monkey nipples."

The looks on audience members faces in "If You Were Gay" in AVENUE Q and when Norbert came into the audience to watch John Lithgow work in the Oklahoma? scene in DRS and asks, "Did I miss something?"
Katurian - I was going to say something from DRS also, but my favorite funny moment was the beef jerkey bit. If you've seen the show, you know what I'm talking about.
I would also cite the moment that Leaf Coneybear falls from the bleachers, and the entire discussion in the library about Moses in Me and My Girl.

Another part from DRS that I liked was during "What Was A Woman To Do," when the usher starts to sing along with the actors on stage. It was so funny!
One of my favorite parts from The Producers was at the very beginning of the second act when Bialystock and Bloom come into the office and Ulla has repainted it, and she says she did it during intermission. I understand why they cut that line from the movie, but I really missed it.
I third the ballet in Phantom. Very funny.
I really like in Wicked when Elphaba and Galinda are at the train station, and Galinda says "he's distant, and moodified. And he's been thinking! Which really worries me." and when Fiyero comes on, he says "I've been thinking" and Elphaba cuts in saying "Yes, I've heard". I love that part.

A private moment between Robert Morse in "Tru" and me in the audience second row. The woman in front of me was dead asleep.
Morse as Capote walks across the stage to hang an ornament on a Christmas tree at the corner of the stage.
He noticed the woman fast asleep in front of him, and looked me right in the eye. He put his finger to his mouth and went "Shhhh" and then went on with his perfomance.
It was freaking classic.

I love the Nicky and Ricky part in Avenue Q! So cute!
I also love the whole Bad Idea Bears scene with Princeton when they are trying to convince him to buy beer.
