I was in the store (next to the St. james theater) to cool off. there was a CD playing in the background, i couldnt recognize the voice. all of a sudden, a woman walks in and says to the guy behind the counter "here are 49 cds, i know i promised 50 but i was on a show and i gave one to the host." then she said "is this me?" the guy replied "its been on all day." she commented "ugh, im sick of it already." i look at her and its Susan Egan, getting ready for her signing this afternoon. i ran over to her and got her autograph, only not on the CD, but on the only thing I had available: a Sly Fox pamphlet. She said "i'm going to sign on the 'humorous and witty' part because thats what i want to be." very nice lady!
Oh, that's so cool! I love when stuff like that happens to people. That actually put a big smile on my face.
"Noah, someday we'll talk again. But there's things we'll never say. That sorrow deep inside you. It inside me, too. And it never go away. You be okay. You'll learn how to lose things..."
Yankee, that is so wonderful! It must have brightened your day! I wish things like that could happen in NC! Susan is so incredibly nice and very kind to fans. I am glad you got to meet her.
I really should get that CD....
