Look at a playbill....
It depends if you want to put humor or not into yours.

Don't say "I've done this and this and this..."
You can list all of your accomplishments without sounding like you're bragging if you write about yourself in the third person.
Also, try to keep the info related to theater...theater audiences generally don't care about a performer's batting average, etc.
Lastly, don't make it too short, but also don't make it too long. The leads generally have the longest bios. If you're a lead, however, go for it!

Well here is a funny one of mine:
Wickedcatsontheroof (Senior, Mrs. Pugh) spends much of her time preparing double quarterpounders for Mr. Warbucks and scrumptious lunches for herself, Rachel and Annie (not the star the bum). Yes, sir, wickedcatsontheroof is a very jolly cook who wants Sophie's secret strew recipe. She also keeps very dust-free thanks to Mrs. Greer. You might sptt her lost, walking in circles through NYC posing as statues and pushing her way through large crowds. Yes, Miss, wickedcatsontheroof is a talented actress who has previously performed as a clumsy policewoman in "Pirates of the Penzance". She would like ot thank her fellow homeless Hooverites, her baton twirling instructor, and her supportive friends and family. Next year wickedcatsontheroof will be attending an esteemed university fro the culinary arts. Until then she looks forward to all the tomorrows; they're only a day away. Yes, sir!
I mean this was just for high school so many of us had fun with these and put in inside jokes. Something a little more professional could include maybe a little blurb like --so and so is making his/her debut performance......He/she has loved theatre since.... and then list some past theatre accomplishments... add some thank yous including the cast crew pit etc.
I hope this helps.

Depending on the show and my mood depends on what I do for mine. Here are a couple of examples...
_______________________________________________________________
Camerangel
Camerangel (camera'angel) n. 1. A person who works behind the scenes at PYT 2. Someone who takes pictures 3. Someone who styles hair 4. Someone who sings 5. Someone who acts 6. Someone who is known for playing practical and sometimes, not so practical, jokes 7. A person who develops a love for music and theatre at a young age -v. To exude spontaneous wackiness (to camerangel) -adj. A term used to describe a person when sanity is not mandatory, but rather an option.
Synonyms: Jack of all Trades, “The Fix it Lady”
Antonyms: shy, quiet, reserved
Addendum: Cam has either been in or worked behind the scenes of most of PYT's show's in the last season and a half. She took home PYT's Tony for best ASM (Assistant Stage Manager) last year. This is Cam's fourth show as ASM. She loves continuing to work with old friends and making new ones. She is part of the generation that “is” the future, be afraid, be very afraid.
___________________________________________________________
Camerangel
Cam found herself on stage for the first time at age 5, was active in choir at 7, theatre at 10, and both throughout middle school and high school. It was in the Summer of 2001 that she found her new home away from home. At PYT she renewed her love of the theatre and performed in “Grease” and “The Music Man”. In January 2002 she began learning about the other aspects of theatre by Assistant Stage Managing “Oliver”. Cam has either been in, done the photography, or worked behind the scenes of most of PYT's show's in the last season and a half. Now a four show ASM veteran she took home PYT's Best ASM Tony last year for her work on “Guys and Dolls”. Cam is excited to be returning to the stage in both casts of Children of Eden. But most all she loves continuing to work with old friends and making new ones.
"Someday I'm going to have a baby and I'm gonna name her L'il Mimi Marquez and I and will sing to her every day and when she's a toddler I will say "L'il Mimi Marquez, clad only in a bubble diaper, will perform her famous play pen handcuff dance to the sounds of breast milk being pumped!" ~Kringas

If you are portraying two characters you should list them in order of importance/size. If equal, than it does not matter.
Keep your bios brief, no one wants to read every activity you have done since birth. Keep it mostly theatre related. Inflating your bio will not make you sound any better.
ie. Joe Schmo (Tree #1)
Joe is thrilled to be a part of _______. His previous credits with (said theatre) are "show" (character), "show" (character), "show" (character). You may also have seen him in "show," "show," "show," at (other theatre). Joe would like to his parents for all of their love and support, et al.
***inside jokes or nicknames are usually not a way to go while writing bios, it is for a general audience to read, not just your friends.***

Here are the slight changes I would make.
Jeremy Bustin (Yonkers/Georgie) is thrilled to be making his PCT debut. He has appeared in Footloose, A Little Princess (the Butler) and several productions with New Covenant Church. Jeremy is a Journalism Major with a minor in Theater at Old Dominion University.
