I notice there are side orchestra seats at the Helen Hayes for $50.00 for The Humans that are labeled obstructed view.  Are these seats OK?

Theater is small. We sat toward the middle of the right side for Dames and we saw fine.

I'm wondering about the seats at the extreme side orchestra.  Are they that obstructed?   They are a great deal at $50.00.  The last two seats on either side.

Those seats were about 3 from where were sitting. They seemed ok to us at the time.

...but the sets are totally different for both shows. he wouldn't know the view for this one.

Does anyone know anything more about these seats? Are they severely obstructed for that price? Any insight on which side would be better? Thanks!

I sat on the extreme house right side, maybe 8 rows back. It was not terrible. I missed maybe a minute or two of action that occurred on the top level of the set, but the action is mainly in the center. I also could not see down the hallway center of the bottom of the set. However, I honestly did not think it was too bad. The hallway at the end is a little important, but honestly the price of the ticket is worth it.

Aren't the reg orchestra discount seats still $69? Why not just get those?

I got the code from theatermania but I don't see it right now. I have a matinee 3/26 ticket but I may want to sell it bc of schedule, let me look into something and if I end up selling, I'll pm u. Sorry for late response just saw this.

I paid 42 for Center Mezz Row G, and for this show it was a perfect seat because of the double level set.

Hi - Just wondering if the view from row H is much different/compromised versus row G - any ideas?

Hoping someone can help me out. I was able to pull up the extreme-side orchestra seats for The Humans and Telecharge is giving me third and fourth row orchestra (row C and row D) the last two seats on the end on either side of the house for $59.50 after charges. For $1 less, $58.50, I am able to get a full view, center row F mezzanine seat. 

Typically, I am keen to sitting closer despite being further on the side to see facial expressions and set details… but I know with the two-tier set and the hallway being an important part of the story I am wondering if I should go with the mezzanine instead of the obstructed view orchestra seats which would otherwise be my first choice despite the view because I prefer to sit up close.

 

Can anyone weigh in on this? And if you do suggest grabbing one of those close-to-the-stage partial view seats, would you suggest house right or house left? (I know the spiral staircase is house left from set photos I've seen so I assume that causes somewhat of a partial view of the stage). Any seating advice you can give is much appreciated!

I would do Mezz Center F honestly for this one. A) It is a very small theatre. B) it is perfect for the type of set here. 

 

I did Row G of Mezz and was very happy with it.
