hey. im (hopefully) seeing wicked next week. i dont have tickets yet. hahahaha. buuut i have some ways of doing it.

1)have a friend go and get a single seat for me (hoping that i get a good seat)
2) go day of show and see what they have
3) enter lottery. (are the seats good? and whats the chances of it??)

i saw them doing a lottery when i saw rent and i wasnt sure what they did. could someone give me advice please?.. im just a confused little boy who NEEEEEEDS to see this show

thhaanx!

Chances of the lottery are low. Sometimes 300 people turn up for it and there are only about 30 seats I believe. The seats are in the first two rows and are OK for the money.

Lottery might be impossible. Try idea #1. Idea #2 might be a little bit risky, because they can easily sell out. Don't they have cancellation lines? What about calling the box office in advance???

yeh i would think the lottery chances would be slim to none. yeah trying number one would work hopefully. but i dunno. i called the box office and they said that they were totally sold out. totally but i can see what i could do.

thanks millie!

Try those options. If nothing works, try for a future date. If all else fails, go see another show (www.broadwaybox.com is a good discount website).

Sometimes there are premium seats from like brokers, but I don't think even Wicked is worth those prices. Try the cancellation line.

Yeah, ticket broker prices can be $250+. Try ebay.com; the prices can be high as well, but if you are lucky, you might find something cheap.

you will probably not be seeing WICKED next week. Your strategies are poor.

I talked to an employee at the TKTS stand and she said that Wicked rarely has tickets left on the day of the show. They only got it once since it opened

Go to ebay.com and look up Wicked the musical. There are 2 tickets row J for August 11th.

Well the other day my dad said he wanted to go to Kristin's last show so the day of it I tried online around 10:30am and got him row Q in the orchestra for a single seat, I tried again and they had one more in ZZ. So it is possible to get a single seat that day.

Also, if you get on the cancellation line when the BO opens the day of the show and are in the front of the line, you can get them too. I got 5 seats by being 4th on cancellation line for a Sunday show.

And hang on, when did you win the discus?
