Posted: 5/14/09 at 8:53amI was just wondering, if I saw the 5 PM performance of Blue Man Group at The Astor Place Theatre will I have enough time to get to Randall's Island in time for an 8 PM performance of Cirque? Or should I take the safer route and see Blue Man at 2?

Posted: 5/14/09 at 7:16pmIt'll be really tight, but your best bet would be getting a cab (be prepared to pay much dinero!) And hi-tail it up to the footbridge that's somewhere around 103rd street. Check the NYC parks department website for exact bridge location, but it's going to be a mad dash.
