I went a few weeks ago to get standing room and they weren't selling any at the time, even though telecharge said they were. I'd check with the box office before you try anything. And don't bother getting the $66 partial view seats either, because...well, you know the big triangle at the end of act 1? I couldn't see any of it, that's how "partial view" the seats are.

yea i did standing room there, it was sort of worth it but not totally, and they treat u like crap, like u cant even sit on the ground out of the way, if u want to sit u have to go down by the bathrooms and sit on a bench but during the performance u have to lean on the thing

Can, can I have it?

"I went a few weeks ago to get standing room and they weren't selling any at the time, even though telecharge said they were."

I'm guessing you went during previews. They didn't start selling them until after opening.

"u cant even sit on the ground out of the way"

What do you mean out of the way? In the aisles? That would be a fire hazzard. You're supposed to stand, hence the term "Standing Room."

Eh, missing the Flying Wedge in ODM is worth it if you save $!

I did SR on Thursday and it was an okay experience. I haven't seen the show in six years and forgot how long it was. Well, my legs were so tired, I could barely stand up anymore that night. If you have the energy, go for it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

What else do you miss with partial view? I want to sit close, but I dunno if I can afford those effin $110 tickets? Are the PV really that bad?

Pay the $36.50 for mezz. seats.

I was sitting in last row mezz when I saw it, but it's such an intimate theatre you could see pretty decently...Besides that annoying woman next to me, but that aside.

It's a good deal.

The view from SRO, which they definitely now have, is good. You miss the top part of the stage, though. And the wall you stand behind is rather high, and I noticed shorter patrons around me struggling to see. But either way, I only had to stand for the first act, as there were several empty orchestra seats.

recently got standing room tickets... play nice with the ushers and they'll let you slip into empty orchestra seats about 25 minutes into the show. Absolutely worth the $21.

Lez Miz was on TKTS last Friday night at 50% off. I finally got Drowsey at 35% off. (last night paid partial price for partial view at Mary Poppins)

I did SRO and enjoyed it thoroughly. Yes it's a long show and by the end I was a little tired, but it is so worth it. The only problem I had with the location was that the top bridge of the barricade is cut off, but everything else is perfect. I really enjoyed this production.
