I know this has been addressed before, but I'm just doing this for a friend. If she wants to send a letter to an actor (idina menzel, for example) where would she send it? the gershwin theater? what about for other actors, would she send the letter to the theater? how often do the following people write back:

Idina Menzel
Kristen Chenoweth
Douglas Sills
Adam Pascal
the casts of Avenue Q, Wicked, and Rent

You send it to the actor, c/o the theatre w/ the theatre' address.

You send it to the theater. Just do c/o and whoever you want it to go to.

I would do like the greeting card size. Because if you are expecting a picture or something, it will fit in that size. But I am not positive.
