I was watching TV tonight and I saw a commercial for tomorrows new episode of Law & Order: Criminal Intent and I swear Matthew Morrison was in it. Anyone know if it definitely was him? I hope so, haven't seen him in a while lol.
I looked on NBC.com and TV.com. Neither mention him as a guest star, but they usually only mention the more important roles. It's possible he's on in one of the quick roles, like a witness or whatever.
Just checked IMDB--not him.

I haven't seen the commercial for it, but I've heard that he is supposed to be on Criminal Intent tonight. I was told he would be playing a pivotal role in the episode, but in the description on nbc.com, his name isn't mentioned. That doesn't necessarily mean anything, but regardless... I'll be checking tonight just in case.

If I had a TV, I would watch it.
I gave it away long ago.

As was another Broadway vet....Michael Beresse!
Yeah that was cool! He was all over that episode! And did anyone else notice Michael Beresse? It was L&O Piazza!
What with Matthew Morrison and Michael Berresse, it was as if Law and Order Criminal Intent had gone Broadway on us! I kept foolishly hoping they would begin to sing for me. =) I must say getting to see them both many times in the episode made me quite giddy! It was a great episode in my opinion. Yay!
At this point I think nearly every actor in NY has been on one of the "Law & Orders" in some way, shape, or form. I loved Andrew Anses bio from the DRS playbill--"Never been on 'Law & Order!'"

Law & Order CI, like all L&O shows, always has theatre people on it, starting with regulars Jamey Sheridan, Kathryn Erbe, Courtney B. Vance, Chris Noth. It's not a case of "had gone Broadway on us!"
Jerry Orbach...
Wait, what kinds of roles did Matty and Mikey play? Were they good guys? Bad guys? What were they wearing? Details!
My friend and I were on the phone talking about how cute Matt is and how cool it is that he's all over this episode. haha I thought he was a good guy until the end when he pulls out a gun to kill his stepmother(?) and then the female detective shoots him and he confesses to killing his brother(?) before he dies. Yeah, you can tell I wasn't paying that much attention to the plot lol.

I was excited to see my two favorite Piazza boys on Law and Order: Criminal Intent! I absolutely loved them in the show, and it was awesome to see them "together" again. It was the best episode of Law and Order: CI ever!
I was jumping for joy, hehe

Spoilerish
Betty, I don't think he actually killed his brother, but since he was dying anyway, covered for his dad or something. I'm not sure, I hardly ever watch L&O, so I always have a bit of difficulties following the plot, but that's what it seemed to indicate.
Edit: That's what I thought Mistress.

spoilersss
it wasnt really a confession. He was saving his father from jail time. Hes dead anyway at that point and you cant really convict a dead man. Presumably a man's dying word of confession recorded on live tv in front of a crowd of people would be held up in court above an illegally recorded and vague "i had it done"
He's gotten better at TV.
Wait, they KILLED Matty Fresh? No! *cries* *cries*

I thought Michael was great, but I have to admit that I was disappointed in Matt. He looked cute, as always, but his acting wasn't the strongest, especially in that final scene.
