yeah i was there. it was awesome. i had standing room tickets and marissa jaret winokur sat next to me during the first song. and then she moved to lean against the wall. so many people where in standing room. like ..marc shaiman, scott wittman, margo lion, laura bell bundy, kerry butler and john waters. they were all right next to me. when marissa stood next to me i almost died.
the show it self was really good. im not that much of a kathy brier fan but it was still good. chester was awesome. during run and tell that he said some line about the jungle and tarzan.because matts leaving to do tarzan. harveys words at the end where nice. he talked about how a actor leaves and goes on to do bigger things and then he said the 3 hairspray angels and laura bell, kerry and marissa walked on. it was really nice and matt was crying the whole thing. he started crying during i know where i been.
i dont think i'll be back for awhile. afterall my 2 favorite people..marissa and matt are gone..once marissa comes back whenever that is ill be back.i miss matt already. i cried from the second he walked by me to go down the asile during you cant stop the beat till i walked out . oh yeah matt was so nice afterwards outside the stage door i even got a hug. and i got laura bell bundy and marissas autograph on my hairspray the roots book. i got marisa during intermission and had a nice lil convo. and i got laura bell bundy after the show and she was really nice and she talked about wicked.
