Was anyone at the Mets game on Monday?
Kara Lindsay sang God Bless America during the 7th inning stretch. She was introduced as the newest star of Beautiful the Carole King Musical, and was wearing a Beautiful shirt. they did introduce her as "coming off her acclaimed run in Wicked"
No announcement has been made of course elsewhere, but I guess Lindsay is going to be the next Carole. That's a great role for her, and she is fantastic in everything she plays.
