Well, if you love Billy Joel and Dancing then this is your musical, but I thought it was good!

I saw it on Broadway 3 times! I loved it! Everyone I saw it with loved it! But you should know that it's more of a modern dance piece than a traditional Broadway show. Not much in the way of sets and costumes. No dialogue. The story is interpreted entirely through dance and music. All of the songs are performed by the pianist in the band. If you like dance and are a fan of Billy Joel's music (and if it's a good production, of course) you should really enjoy it!

I've seen it on Broadway and I saw the tour in Seattle in June. Both shows were amazing! (Strangely, I saw the same two leads, but they were awesome.) When I was in Seattle, I also got to meet the singer (Darren Holden) and he was soooo nice (and amazing.) Anyway, I totally recommend it. I loved it.

you definatly need to appreciate dancing to see this show or unless you love Billy Joel you won't really like the show that much

I know everyone says you have to really appreciate Billy Joel or dancing to like the show, but the first time I saw it I didn't know Billy Joel at all and I'm not a huge dance fan (I mean, it's fine, but it's not my favorite part of shows) and I loved it! (Wow, my professors would have killed me for that sentence, sorry.) And my friends I saw the show with weren't big fans of dancing or Billy Joel before either and they were converted too. I wouldn't be too worried about it. As long as you read the plot summary in the program, you're fine.
