"my deah" postponed, joanna gleason injured

MTG's scheduled play reading of "My Deah" for this past Monday June 27th has been postponed until July 11th.

The play by John Epperson (aka Lypsinka) starring Joanna Gleason and husband Chris Sarandon is delayed due to "an unfortunate injury Ms. Gleason sustained during a performance of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels."

I have no further details at this time.

Darn it - I'm seeing this tomorrow night! Oh well, I shouldn't be complaining about SEEING someone when the poor woman is injured!! GET WELL SOON, JOANNA!

Poor dear. She was so amazing in the show, maybe the funniest actor on stage. She had me in stitchs with her every line. I hope she gets better soon.

My thoughts and prayers and deepest hopes and dreams and desires are with Miss Gleason along with her husband, her father Monty Hall, as well as all of her fans and colleagues at this time.

Kerrie... REALLY? So, she's sustained an injury that prevents her from sitting and reading, but she can still perform in a musical? Something's weird, here.

Still, assuming she IS injured- Feel better! Wonder what she hurt?
