The song is from a musical that Scott Alan wrote, PIECE: The Musical.
The clip on that website is from a live video performance of BroadwayWorld.com's First Annual STANDING OVATIONS Concert, now available on DVD!

If you are really enthralled by it you really should email Scott and tell him... he LOVES to get email and will write back a very friendly personal email.
He has also said that the sheet music can't become available until the show is secured off broadway- (so says his publisher)... but if you email him and tell him how much you love it... well... he'll be mighty glad.
i did and it was a really nice time had by all.
