Hey Bryan- sorry I must have missed this when you posted it a few days ago. As I understand it Sony now controls all of former Columbia and RCA Victor catalogue so contact them at their New York address. I'll see if I can dig it up and sent to you via pm. (I deal with Sony Canada and that address won't help you.)

Cast albums are NOT "soundtracks."
Live theatre does not use a "soundtrack." If it did, it wouldn't be live theatre!
