Bklyn is the story of an orphan (named brooklyn) who tries to find her father (guess where he lives).

It is set to loud-screeching off-tune belting.

I liked it. I didn't think it was screechy. But that's just my presonal opinion. Jacobtsf is right. It's about an orphan who lives in Paris and goes to New York to find her father. The story is told by five "city weeds", homeless people. They switch back and forth between roles as city weeds and roles in the story of the orphan Brooklyn. I thought it was an interesting show.
