off-broadway grosses

So, I know that it's way easy to find out about how shows are doing money and attendance-wise that are ON-broadway, but is there any site that lists OFF-broadway grosses?

Not that I have heard of.

Variety tried it in the late 60s for a year or so with selected shows, but gave it up.

One of the problems is that with all the types of off-Broadway contracts, tiers and codes, a listing of those grosses would be meaningless when trying to figure a breakevens.

This is no source that compiles Off-Broadway grosses. The producers of each individual show know the numbers, and they ain't telling.
