opening night standing room

My apologies if this is an ignorant question; I tried searching for past threads, but the way the search is configured, I couldn't get it to turn anything up.

I'm pretty sure there isn't generally rush/lotto on opening night, but is there ever standing room? The only opening nights I've been fortunate to attend have been either through friends who had comps or through TDF. Neither of those looks like a possibility for Hedwig, and I would really love to see it with that opening night energy.
